Job description:

Worten is the largest electronics and home appliances retail chain in Portugal. As a UX Researcher and Data Analyst in the Tech Team, I am responsible for:

  • Structured the entire UX research process;
  • Refining AI systems by identifying user needs, validating outputs, reducing bias, and improving overall usability and trust.
  • Design, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies;
  • Utilize various research methods including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing;
  • Implement and manage tracking and data collection using Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics;
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement;
  • Create detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders;
